Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer who will be responsible for creating best-in-class digital experiences for our web and mobile platforms. You will play a key role in the development of new products and features, working closely with product and engineering to create experiences that are delightful, easy-to-use, and deliver on our mission to provide highest levels of satisfaction and meaningful financial services to our users.

The UX/UI Designer understands business requirements and technical limitations, and is responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.

Our ideal candidate is responsible for navigating through all stages of the design process and presenting outcomes of every stage to stakeholders, as well as working along developers to ensure accurate implementation.

You apply human-centric design practices and experiment with the latest UX and UI design tools. You're multi-talented, can solve problems and simplify complicated briefs. It is desirable that you use software like Principle and Flinto for interactive prototypes and Adobe After Effects for animations. You're a sociable person who can easily deal with stockholders, developers, QA testers and other designers alike.


  • Manage all forms of requirement gathering, user research and usability testing, ensuring the best methods are selected
  • Work with stakeholders and POs to validate ideas, establish accomplishable objectives and KPIs from user perspective
  • Oversee the creation and approval of all wireframes, prototypes, user flows, visual and interaction design
  • Lead design reviews
  • Incorporate user research into design process and ensure users' voice is reflected in the final product
  • Make strategic, long-term design decisions related to core and new functions and features
  • Positive can-do attitude with a drive for continual self-improvement

Good to Have:

  • Familiar with lean or Agile UX principles and processes
  • Experience working on enterprise projects involving data visualisation and creation of various types of dashboards
  • Keen aesthetic sense and a level of detail bordering on the obsessed, naturally delivering pixel-perfect comps and guiding development teams towards accurate implementation and translation of UX/UI aspects

Key Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in a professional UX or Product Design role
  • Strong UX portfolio showcasing your best work, design process and basic technical knowledge, case studies from Financial Services is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of key design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Marvel, Principal, Flinto
  • Good understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices
  • Experience in conducting user research
  • Ability to translate research findings into product feature requirements and improvements
  • Understanding of native mobile app development
  • Substantial experience of designing responsive web and mobile apps
  • Ability to work and deliver quality in fast-paced
  • Good communication skills
