Senior Manager, Organization Development & Learning (Financial Services)
Our client is a renowned business within the financial services industry. They are well known for being a reliable brand throughout their history and has always been one of the most go-to within this competitive industry. They are now inviting a Senior Manager Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD), to join the business in Singapore.
Reporting to the Head of COE, you will be responsible for all L&OD strategy and initiatives. You will be managing a small team and be responsible for leading the team to drive initiatives and programmes for the organization. You will be required to execute Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and be accountable for managing the business's training budgets and deliverables. You will contribute by managing the full process of L&OD initiatives - designing, developing, executing, with a core focus on leadership and employee development.
The Successful Applicant:-
You should have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience as a L& OD practitioner , also having at least 3 years of leadership experience in team management. You will need to be a strong communicator - liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. You should have in-depth knowledge on the latest learning & development practices and be familiar with LMS and e-learning paltforms.
