About the Role:

To position M3S / Morgan McKinley as the client partner of choice amongst identified clients across the Singapore / SEA region. Through this we will identify growth opportunities that will allow Morgan McKinley to align ourselves to these opportunities over the next 3 to 5 years. The key areas of focus will be with Non RPO clients in the Singapore/SEA Region and with clients seeking RPO solutions in Singapore/SEA Region.

The role of the Client Relationship & Sales Manager is to work with the Operational team to identify, nourish, develop and harness opportunities to drive Sales beyond the normal capacity of the Singapore/SEA Non RPO business.

The Client Relationship & Sales Manager will also be required to work with the APAC Operational and Managed Services team to identify, nourish, develop and harness RPO/BPO opportunities within the Singapore/SEA Region.

It is expected that the role will split between Singapore and the rest of SEA. This will vary depending on requirements and opportunities.


  • Establish understanding of existing client base to include current servicing requirements and future service opportunities.
  • Partner with operations to establish target RPO opportunities
  • Partner with operations to improve service delivery
  • Drive schedule of PSL reviews and presentations
  • Help to shape a culture of teamwork with the Managing Director and Management team through ensuring that there is sufficient sharing of communication, information, and knowledge.
  • Continue to develop own commerciality and market awareness through being fully up to date on the market news that may impact the business area
  • Lead the development of Management Information to help the business drive real understanding of actual performance and opportunity identification


  • Any Degree
  • Experience in tender response/bid processes
  • Proven sales & relationship/account management skills
  • Good understanding of clients market sector and knowledge of competitors
  • Detailed understanding of RPO/MSP operations from an internal or agency supply perspective
  • Self motivated with ability to use initiative - a "can do" attitude.
