About the Role:
To position M3S / Morgan McKinley as the client partner of choice amongst identified clients across the Singapore / SEA region. Through this we will identify growth opportunities that will allow Morgan McKinley to align ourselves to these opportunities over the next 3 to 5 years. The key areas of focus will be with Non RPO clients in the Singapore/SEA Region and with clients seeking RPO solutions in Singapore/SEA Region.
The role of the Client Relationship & Sales Manager is to work with the Operational team to identify, nourish, develop and harness opportunities to drive Sales beyond the normal capacity of the Singapore/SEA Non RPO business.
The Client Relationship & Sales Manager will also be required to work with the APAC Operational and Managed Services team to identify, nourish, develop and harness RPO/BPO opportunities within the Singapore/SEA Region.
It is expected that the role will split between Singapore and the rest of SEA. This will vary depending on requirements and opportunities.
