Legal Entity Control Manager

Global Private Bank / Wealth Manager has an opening for an autonomous and experienced Legal Entity Controller to help with the continual development of the Singapore Entity.

The role will manage the LEC functions for the private bank. Reporting into a senior VP you will take ownership of the business as usual functions and work closely with the business to develop and enhance some new procedures.

The role will amongst other things include:

- Ad-hoc projects liaising with senior stakeholders across the business

- Provide support for new products and initiatives locally and globally

- Month-end close and financial reporting

- Regulatory disclosures in accordance with MAS guidelines

- Liaison with Internal and external auditors and tax agents

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in regulatory reporting and strong knowledge of MAS guidelines. An FS audit background with some Legal Entity Controlling experience in a Singapore bank would be the preferred background. Strong interpersonal skills and some exposure to projects would be ideal but banking experience is a must have.
