Global Head of Trust

Our client has been providing specialized financial services to clients globally for over 20 years. As part of their aggressive growth strategy over the next 5 years, they require a Global Head of Trusts to lead the existing team and expand their client base. 

Given their robust financial performance of recent years, they are now looking to grow several of their business areas. The Global Trust division already has a strong presence in each of their geographical regions and they are currently investing to expand their market share further. As such they are recruiting for the right individual to manage this expansion by giving leadership to the existing team and further capitalize on opportunities in the Asian market. Some of the attributes they are looking for in the candidate are:

• Existing network of high net worth individuals or the private banking market in Asia Pac.
• Strong business development ability.
• Ability to lead a team. Whilst previous management experience might not be a necessity, the ability to lead by example is critical.
• You will need to take an entrepreneurial approach- looking for innovative solutions to issues.
• Previous experience of working with trusts. Your background may be in legal, private banking, general finance or accounting
