Private Equity Valuations & Control – AVP/VP

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a strong candidate who has worked in a Private Equity firm to be a part of the fast growing valuations team.

• Analysis and price verification of all trades under the Private Equities investment portfolio
• Providing insightful commentaries on all the pricing results and communicate it to the respective desks
• Research on market information affecting the valuation controls
• Ensure that all calculations and methodologies are adopted correctly
• Close interaction with various business heads
• Reviewing of financial models, market information and valuation reports
• Active involvement in new trade structures from a valuation perspective

• 5 yrs experience in Product Control, Equity Research, Valuations or Risk Management role with another investment house
• Candidates who have audited private equity firms in a Big 4 are welcomed to apply
• Good command of Excel skills eg. VBA

• Bachelors Degree majoring in Accounting/Finance
• Postgraduate qualifications such MBA, CA/CPA/FRM preferred

• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
