Senior Account Manager - FMCG (Advertising)

This global advertising agency has a reputation for creativity, excellence and strategic alliances. Their client base ranges in diversity from banking and finance to IT but the constant is that the organisations are recognised across the globe. An opportunity has arisen to join the account management team of a multinational FMCG brand. This position would suit an experienced account servicing professional who has a passion for advertising and good knowledge of both ATL and BTL strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining Relationships with key individuals at all level of the client organisation

- Create and develop account plans and participate in regular account reviews

- Generate proposals, presentation and pricing

- Manage pipeline forecasting, account planning and account review process

- Manage the account management team by coaching, training and career development project oversight

- Contribute to 360' pitches and business development

Skills and experience required:

- Strong knowledge of ATL& BTL campaign management

- A 360 degree mindset and a good understanding of the needs of developing markets

- FMCG experience is essential

- Prior experience as an Account Manager in an ad agency
