AVP Operational Risk

Job Description

Our client is a large regional bank and they are looking for a candidate at the AVP/VP level to join their operational risk infrastructure team. This role will be focused on the management of the ORM framework.

Duties:

Manage the control environment bank wide through ORM tools.
Maintain and provide input to ORM standards and policies.
Risk analysis and MIS reporting
Develop and manage inter-department relations on the controls front
Hold regular forums and workshops
Additional functional responsibility for IT risk control

Requirements:

7-10 years controls / audit / operational risk experience in banking
ORM experience and IT risk management are a must
Dynamic, analytical and driven personality, strong communication skills
