URGENT - Senior Manager - Project/Structured Finance

Job Description

Global LNG company is looking add a candidate with strong financial modelling and project finance experience to join their team. The candidate will form a part of the commercial/financial team working on bringing their project through FID towards start-up. He/she will be working together with management and the legal and financial advisors on structuring, with special focus on the financial aspects of the projects

Other related work:

Improve the equity investor story, develop robust corporate valuation models, scenario analysis, work towards large equity investors (financial and strategic)

Depending on availability, participate in dialogue towards equity research analysts (continued follow up and education)

Evaluate capital sources, listing venues

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience from investment banking/consultancy firm or equivalent, preferably working with project finance and/or commodities market

Good knowledge of financial modelling

Knowledge about LNG market is a plus

Attention to detail

Ability to work as part of a small, extremely motivated and high quality team
