Account Manager (Event Management Company)

Job Description

The client is a multidisciplinary experiential communications agency with more than 25 years of history, operating in APAC and the Middle-East region.

Projects : events, conferences, product launches, roadshows, brand building compaign and exercises, incentive events, exhibitions, gala dinners.

Offerings : integrated marketing tools (online edm, registration tools, website design, lead generation compaign, telemarketing, direct marketing), audio visual & projection equipment resources in , APAC and Middle-East - set and booth design and construction capabilities in , APAC and Middle-East - destination management resources in APAC and Middle-east.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and service accounts a portfolio if accounts (IT related)

- Liaison between the stakeholders and the project crew by taking brief, work with designers to come up with visuals, layouts and proposed programmes, compiling cost from various suppliers

- Concept development and proposals to tie up the entire event flow & communications

Requirements:

- Experience in B2B events for a minimum of 5 years (product launches, lead generation type of events, seminars with minimum 200 delegates, residential conferences in the Asia Pacific region,

- Basic knowledge and understanding of event production - online & onsite registration, onsite logistics, entertainment options, AV and staging - Excellent creative flair for concepts & ideas

- Team player with pleasant personality
