Consolidation Experience- Senior Accountant

Job Description

Our client is a Multinational Agriculture company looking for a Senior Accountant.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Manager on financial accounting and management reporting including internal control and related administrative functions.
• Prepare timely monthly consolidation/ financial / management reports and perform financial analysis. Analyse financial information to help in preparation of quarterly/ annual Consolidated Accounts. Prepare and checking of month/year end Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss items schedule
• Updating and tracking of monthly banks loans, hire purchase schedule including accrued interest/ expense, amortization and interest received.
• Verifying and checking of Payment Vouchers/cheques/Giro Payment, Receipts Vouchers and Journal Vouchers prepare by Finance Executives. Ensure appropriate recording and analysis of revenue and expenses. Review bank reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Accountancy Degree or ACCA qualifications, preferably a CPA.
• More than 4 years of relevant experience, at least 3 years in a supervisory level.
• Experience with Microsoft Navision will be an advantage.
• Possess strong work ethics, dedicated, supportive team member, meticulous and self-driven with high integrity and responsibility and ability to work independently .
• Willing to put in extra effort when the situation demands it.
