Job Description
Our client is a well known leading Retail organisation. They are seeking to hire an outstanding Business Analyst who specialises in SAP HR.
Reporting to the IT Manager, the Business Analyst will provides functional and technical leadership to the support team by driving business requirements.
Your Responsibilities will include;
- Provide leadership and guidance to the support team
- Provide 2nd level functional support for SAP HR/Payroll modules
- Provide functional support for reports, interfaces and enhancements
- Prepare design documents and detailed specifications for ABAP programming
- Maintain strong working knowledge of the HR/Payroll systems
- Analyse and provide solutions to issues/errors and new requirements
- Conduct user training and user testing
- SAP HR Authorization administration
- Ad-hoc projects
- Ensure audit compliance and assist in audit queries
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams in defining QA testing scope and approach and clarifying requirements
The Successful Candidate;
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Prior Business Analyst experience
- SAP Certified preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relevant field
- Implemented at least two full life-cycle SAP HR/Payroll projects (Release 4.6C or ECC6.0), with in depth hands-on configuration experience in Personnel Administration, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation Management, Time Evaluation, Authorizations
- Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Vision required
- In-depth hands-on configuration
- Experience in SAP HR/Payroll modules
- User support and User training experience
- Experience with ABAP, LSMW Query
- HR/Payroll processes experience
- SAP Certifications
- Familiarity with ABAP programming
- Experience in SAP HR security administration
- Strong analytical, communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively facilitate and drive meetings
- General retail industry knowledge preferred
- Ability to build effective business relationships and work cross functionally in a team environment
- Understand custom development environment, legacy systems and off the shelf applications
- Ability to multi-task, balance priorities and work under pressure
