Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the company’s regional offices across Southeast Asia covering a wide range of functions such as office administration, procurement, security, logistics and facility management. This would include opening of new offices, working with local vendors with regard to various office admin matters.
  • Cost control and schedule/project management is a key part of the role. Supervise junior admin staff on location and ensure smooth operation and on-time project management and delivery.
  • Working along side other departments to ensure smooth operations in the offices.

 

The Candidate

  • Minimum 6-7 years working experience in handling company administrative function.
  • Regional experience (particularly in Southeast Asia) is an advantage.
  • Must be able to plan, establish and execute priorities based on workload and prescribed responsibilities.
  • Willing to travel regionally.
  • Strong team-player as well as possess the ability to work independently.
  • Must exhibit discretion and diplomacy at all times.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, resourceful and with good people skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
  • Meticulous, responsible and detail-oriented.
  • High level of initiative with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
