Job Description

Key Job Scope

Recruitment – 70%

  • Responsible for strategizing and executing an in-country Talent Acquisition plan.
  • Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle and internal transfers.
  • Also responsible for accelerating hiring cycle time according to business needs; new hires on-boarding process and adhering to a consistent policy in internal transfers.
  • Build and maintain a strong network with external recruitment agencies and top universities.
  • Responsible for campus recruitment, organizing career fairs and managing the internship programs.
  • Draft salary & benefits proposals and conduct reference checks.
  • Manage relevant documentation, intranet information and employee data relating to talent acquisition.

HR Business Partnering – 15%

  • Support business units in general HR functions including and not limited to; performance management, employee relations, communications, HRIS, career development and talent management.

Learning & Development – 15%

  • Assist L&D Director in planning, executing and promoting L&D plans in Singapore.
  • Construct short and mid-term career/skills development plans.
  • Work closely with business managers in identify skills/learning gaps.
  • Source and appoint external training vendors.
  • Manage relevant documentation relating to L&D activities.

The Candidate

  • 8-10 years HR Generalist background with a keen focus on end-to-end recruitment.
  • Familiar with the recruitment process in fast pace environment, FMCG preferred.
  • Demonstrated capacity to understand business issues and translate these issues to talent strategies.
  • Familiar with the use of recruitment selection tools and processes.
  • Ability to match internal or external talents to specific positions.
  • Demonstrated capabilities to influence and communicate effectively across the organization and culture, and engages others with passion and energy.
  • A recognized university degree.
