Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and office management support to the General Manager.
- Organize and attend management meetings and fully in charge of minute taking and post meeting follow ups.
- Organize, monitor and update on projects/tasks execution.
- Handle internal and external business correspondence on behalf of the General Manager.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
The Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Mature, organised and self-motivated.
- Excellent English and Chinese communications skills, written and spoken. Able to translate English business document to Chinese.
- Highly developed project management skills, ability to multi-task, and rich management experience in multi-culture working environment.
- Excellent organization, planning and time management skills, ability to respond quickly and manage deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact and coordinate between management and the senior executives.
Other Information:
- 5-day work week, 8am - 4:30pm
- Work location: Jurong West
- Annual leave: 14+ days
