Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative and office management support to the General Manager.
  • Organize and attend management meetings and fully in charge of minute taking and post meeting follow ups.
  • Organize, monitor and update on projects/tasks execution.
  • Handle internal and external business correspondence on behalf of the General Manager.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

The Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Mature, organised and self-motivated.
  • Excellent English and Chinese communications skills, written and spoken. Able to translate English business document to Chinese.
  • Highly developed project management skills, ability to multi-task, and rich management experience in multi-culture working environment.
  • Excellent organization, planning and time management skills, ability to respond quickly and manage deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact and coordinate between management and the senior executives.

 

Other Information:

  • 5-day work week, 8am - 4:30pm
  • Work location: Jurong West
  • Annual leave: 14+ days
