Global Investment Bank has a very exciting opening for a
Finance VP to run and develop the banks Asia Brokerage and Clearing Analytics
team.  This is a rare opportunity to be
part of a newly created team, where you will bring your own ideas to develop
controls and analytical reporting demanded by the business. 

You will run a team that will develop a deep financial
database of all costs associated with “brokerage and clearing” in order to
drive cost efficiency.

The role will broadly entail:

Managing and developing a team of finance
professionals

·       
Deliver MIS reports to the broader business to
help control trading costs

·       
Answer ad-hoc requests from senior stakeholders
– e.g To provide analysis to help renegotiate exchange trading costs

·       
Providing deep dive analysis of associated third
party costs

·       
Develop new controls and management reports to
ensure data integrity

In order to succeed in the role you will be an experienced
accountant with a progressive track record of dealing with senior stakeholders. 

Your key strengths and passion will be in management
reporting / MIS, and you will ideally be from a brokerage or clearing cost control
background.

You maybe from a Bank, a broker / custodian / clearing house
or buy-side business but will have a deep understanding of cost control and a
good knowledge of the costs associated with trading.
