Tricia joined Morgan McKinley in early 2010 to head up the commerce team that specialises in recruiting finance, IT, project & change management, HR and sales & marketing professionals across the commercial sector.

Tricia is responsible for the ongoing business development focus, recruitment skill set and overall activity, growth and success of the commerce team for Morgan McKinley Singapore. This includes staff attraction and retention, assessment and ongoing training and development as well as the overall team strategy and P&L responsibility.

Tricia’s exceptional track record as both a consultant and manager along with her personable approach, positive work ethic and strong managerial skills made her the ideal candidate to take on this role. She has demonstrated her ability to develop teams who will follow her lead and is a true ambassador for our company.

UK born Tricia spent over 10 years working in the recruitment industry in Australia. Before joining Morgan McKinley, she was Practice Director of a major Sydney based firm, where she had responsibility for the accounting division, the largest and most profitable practice of the company.

Tricia holds a BA (First Class Hons) in English Literature and speaks conversational Spanish. She has an athletic background and was a member of the junior England squad for 100 metres and 400 metres in 1989-1990.
