Ivy joined Morgan McKinley in 2011, having already gained over 15 years’ regional sales and marketing experience in luxury hospitality and events management before moving into a recruitment consultancy role. She has an extensive network of companies and professionals across Asia from her direct industry experience, giving her a vital edge over her competitors. Ivy can relate well to job seekers and has an ability to identify high calibre talent on behalf of her clients by accurately assessing the needs of both parties to ensure that the service she provides is tailored to fit those needs.

Ivy was born in Malaysia and speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Malay and Cantonese. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, reading and spending time with her two kids.
