Emily joined Morgan McKinley Singapore, within the financial services’ Accounting and Finance team, soon after the company’s launch in 2005. She specialises in placing professionals within finance and operations in financial services from the associate to director level. Emily has consistently been the, or one of the, top performing consultants in herfield throughout her time with Morgan McKinley and delivers a superior quality of service to her candidates and clients alike. Her hard work, enthusiasm and dedication saw her promoted to senior consultant in January 2008 where she has continued to lead by example.

Emily is responsible for finance and operations recruitment for several major global client accounts representing Morgan McKinley at key strategic reviews and client presentations. She has exceptional local market knowledge and is often asked for insight and market related commentary from a variety of highly placed individuals within, and outside of, her client base.

Prior to joining Morgan McKinley Emily worked for three years for a global recruitment firm providing finance related recruitment services covering the SE Asian market.
