Prior to joining Morgan McKinley, Charlie gained four years’ experience in senior finance recruitment in London and Singapore. His experience working for both a global industry leader and a boutique company gave him insight into a diverse mix of recruitment styles and approaches. This equipped him with a strong understanding of the senior finance hiring industry, as well as an excellent business network. Charlie is a good listener and has strong work ethic. He assesses both clients and candidates’ needs and provides a tailored service to meet their requirements. His honest approach allows him to pinpoint the right candidate for each role.

Charlie was born in Oxford and holds a BA in Media and Cultural Studies / Mandarin from Nottingham Trent University. He is a keen boxer and rugby player, and also enjoys cooking.
