Aishwarya is based in Singapore and specialises in recruiting professionals into the legal, compliance and insurance sectors.

Aishwarya initially joined Morgan McKinley Singapore in August 2011 as a researcher and was fast tracked to consultant after demonstrating a strong knowledge of the industry and excellent client management skills. Prior to joining Morgan McKinley, Aishwarya worked for a global financial services company where she was responsible for the management of the day to day relationships with clients. Aishwarya uses her experience to establish strong relationships with candidates, and works closely with global counterparts to develop a pool of top tier financial professionals worldwide.

Asihwarya was born in India; she holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester, New York. In her free time, she enjoys reading, working out at the gym and listening to music.
