My Advice:Number one guiding principle - Always understand the motivations that are prompting you to make a career change and be clear about what you want to get in your next role. If the role you are in is aligned to your motivations, your will naturally do well and see the success you are seeking. This is a very important but very under-rated point that is easy to overlook in the minds of candidates who are at the cross-roads of their career.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University and joined Morgan McKinley soon after the company’s launch in Singapore in 2005. My recruitment experience has always been focused on back and middle office finance and operations recruitment in the banking and financial services sector in Singapore.
