Our client is a listed company in the entertainment industry. They are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to lead the finance department. Roles/Responsibilities·        Oversee the Group’s overall financial strategy and leading the financial development of the company. ·        Ensure compliance with SGX listing regulations, such as quarterly and full-year financial announcements and other corporate governance and disclosure requirements.·         Manage day to day operations of the Group including treasury, audit and risk management·         Review Group’s product pricing and marketing strategy.·         Liaise with bankers and manage banking relationship·         Communicate with shareholders, investors and Board of Directors on company performance·         Provide financial advice to the senior management on strategic business plans.  Skills/Experience·         Accounting qualified ·         A minimum of 10 years of experience in public listed companies·         Proficient in SGX reporting requirementsPersonal Attributes·         Ability to work well under pressure·         Energetic and dynamic·         Strong leadership skills·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
